YOUR ROLE
The Lead Software Developer in our software team is a pivotal role responsible for co-developing and designing software solutions, providing expert guidance and mentorship to team members, and ensuring a holistic view of our software projects. This role also encompasses DevOps responsibilities to streamline deployment and operations. The Tech Lead plays a crucial part in driving innovation and maintaining the quality and efficiency of our software development processes. WHO ARE YOU?
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field
– At least 5 years of experience as a (senior) software engineer, tech lead or similar role
– Proficiency with most or all of the following technologies: Angular, C# .NET, GraphQL, MongoDB, (embedded) C++, Docker
– Professional experience with unit testing and unit testing frameworks
– Familiarity with observability tooling like PromTail / Grafana
– Your communication skills are excellent
– You’re proactive, hands-on and you embrace change.
